Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide all or part of the following services:
- Graffiti removal from buildings and other infrastructure
- including cleaning with proprietary cleaning agents and painting; and
- Associated services including community education,
- the provision of a database of graffiti occurrences in the Municipality and
- other enforcement and deterrence activities.
