All prospective tenderers should be aware that given the State has declared a state of emergency because of COVID-19, we regret to inform you that the Request for Tender (RFT2020-1276-2) for the provision of Night Bus Services-Bespoke Routes (RFT) has been put on hold.

This decision has been made to ensure bus operators and internal Department of Transport (DoT) teams can focus resources on the delivery of existing network operations.

The Department of Transport is seeking responses to this RFT for the Provision of Night Bus Services – Bespoke Routes. The details for the Provision of Night Bus Services –Bespoke Routes are fully outlined in Parts A.2 – Scope of Services and A.3 – Service Specifications.

An industry brief is planned to be held 13 March 2020, commencing 9.30am and located at VicRoads, 60 Denmark Street, Kew 3101. Attendees are requested to register to attend the industry briefing via email to ptvprocurement.tenders@ptv.vic.gov.au. Please limit the number of attendees to two (2) per organisation.
