Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide a Pedestal Crane in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of a Pedestal Crane for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.
The scope of supply shall include:
• One (1) All-Electric Wire Luffing Lattice Boom Pedestal Crane
• One (1) Pedestal Adaptor
• PLC Local control panel to facilitate the safe start-up, stable control,
monitoring and protection of the package.
• Self-sustained HVAC for driver cabin
Capacities
• Hook block 3 fall
- SWL 60T at lifting radius up to 35m, platform lift
• Single fall hook
- SWL 15T at lifting radius 52m platform lift
- SWL 20T at lifting radius up to 42m, platform lift
• Maximum reach = 52m
• Minimum lifting radius = 10m
• Crane shall be certified for personnel lifts
Design codes
• API Spec 2C or EN 13852-1 and Supplementary Specifications as provided
through JIP33
