Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide an Emergency Diesel Generator in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of an Essential Diesel Generator for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.
The scope of supply shall include:
Two (2) skid-packaged diesel engine generators (each 1.6 eMW, 690V)
• Integral weather-protected acoustic enclosure (83dB(A) Lp@1m from edge
external to enclosure).
• Radiator cooling, radiators placed outside container, on the same frame as
EDG
• Exhaust silencer and Combustion air filters located on top of container roof
• Diesel day tank for minimum 8 hours continuous operation on full load
• Diesel fuel and Lubrication system
• Electric starting system.
• PLC Local control panel to facilitate the safe start-up, stable control,
monitoring and protection of the package.
• Dedicated Water mist system for EDG
• Emissions according to IMO MARPOL Tier II
