TechnologyOne Developer (up to 3)

⁠⁠⁠As a TechnologyOne Shared Services Hub, the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resource is invested in its commitment to the Department of Finance, Shared Services Program.

The department’s Finance Systems, Robotics and Development Section continues to deliver on a roadmap to standardise, improved and streamline business processes by developing common configuration and reducing system complexities across its client agencies.

Their specialists will assist the department in its support and operations:

Work within a team of TechnologyOne System Administrators and Developers that provide a range of support and configuration services to the Department and its client agencies.
Demonstrate extensive experience and product knowledge across the TechnologyOne Enterprise Suite of modules

Support:
- Liaise with customers and clients to understand context of issues to provide resolution
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex configuration issues
- Assist our Business Manager with client engagement activities
- Complete support requests and resolve technical issues within our defined service levels
- Assist in building capability within team, training and knowledge sharing from experience

Configuration and Development:
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution to complex system issues
- Liaise with customers and clients, assisting in establishing Statements of Work that define effort, technical requirements and complexity
- Manage development requests of new and existing configuration
- Where necessary, create supporting documentation on configuration and development work. For example, Solution Design Documents, Functional Specs
- Facilitate change management and version control across a broad range of TechnologyOne Environments.
- Follow internal change management controls - plan, test and implement configuration within these controls.
- Contribute to larger scale configuration and development pieces as part of defined project activities within the team.
- Manage technical risk, evaluate impact of complex changes

It is expected that the specialist has advanced product knowledge through several years of experience using the TechnologyOne FMIS, including (but not limited to):
- Advanced Crystal and XLOne report writing
- Complex workflow development
- Development of Extract Transform Load process
- Contracts Module development
- Enterprise Budgeting
- Data management, imports, exports etc
- Developing system interfaces, transfer of data and files
- Sound knowledge of cloud architecture
