Newcastle Port Corporation trading as Port Authority of New South Wales (Port Authority), being a State owned corporation constituted by the Ports and Maritime Administration Act 1995 (NSW), invites interested parties to complete a Confidentiality Deed, in order to be shortlisted to submit a Tender response for the design, implementation and operation phase services and handover to Port Authority of a new e-TAG system complemented by Licence Plate Recognition at the Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT) and White Bay Cruise Terminal (WBCT).
