This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer is looking to improve the management of its information and data through the implementation of either an upgraded Records Management solution or a completely new solution (“the solution”). Ultimately, the new solution will improve the Buyer’s user experience and increase the uptake of appropriate record keeping practices. This will be achieved by providing staff with a seamless record keeping approach with minimal input by users to create and file records.
The Buyer is a small Commonwealth agency of some 170 employees with four offices nationwide. The solution will replace the existing HP Records Manager 8.1 document management system, internal SharePoint and share drives.
The Buyer recognises staff have different ways of working and does not want to restrict the different methods of content creation. The Buyer requires smarter ways to manage and ensure good record keeping practices. The Seller is to consider this current problem and make recommendations for addressing the issue.
