This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The FWOROCE is currently undertaking a two projects to upgrade two existing Dynamics 365 applications with the Unified Client Interface (UCI), rolled out by Microsoft.
The project will involve:
• Implementation of the UCI and the associated Microsoft-assessed capability changes to scripts, plug-ins and configuration; and
• A review of the changes to the interface in light of how it fits with current business practices.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have the capability to provide a Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) assessment of both applications once the new interface has been delivered. Specifically, the FWOROCE requires:
• A detailed project plan confirming activities, deliverables and milestones
• Accessibility specifications
• Execution of testing
• Analysis of results
• Observed accessibility and associated recommendations
• Detailed reporting of findings inclusive of solutions and/or alternatives to resolve any content or functionality that is deemed non-conformant.
The first application requires testing to commence mid March 2020. The second application requires testing to start in early June 2020.
