Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Development Victoria is seeking to parner with an experienced residential medium density builder to deliver 22 townhouses at its Taylors Quarter Development situated in Melbourne's North West. The successful builder is to deliver their own product under a split contract arrangement via an open Request for Proposal process.
