Tender Description
99 Bikes is seeking proposals for the supply of electricity to 47 of its nationwide sites (Appendix 1).
The successful respondent(s) will provide a proposal that demonstrates and addresses each of the following:
a) Market leading pricing servicing stores across national sites
b) Detailed reporting site by site
c) Consolidated invoicing (preferred)
d) Capacity to service more 99 Bikes stores with future growth
e) Ability to meet performance standards set by 99 Bikes
f) Smart meters to be installed in each store
g) Ability to service:
a. QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & WA; or
b. QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA; or
c. WA only
99 Bikes is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
All responses must be made by online submission in the format stipulated above. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered. By participating in this RFP, you accept that any existing contracts with 99 Bikes Pty Ltd are void without penalty.
