Expression of Interest - Grandstand Painting

⁠⁠⁠The Richmond Racecourse Grandstand was opened in 1966 constructed of Timber and Steel, approx 12 metres in height, 6.5 metres wide and 5.5 metres deep .

The scope of works is to include:

• Full Prep and Painting of the entire exterior of the Grandstand including the roof and all support beams and attached commentary and video boxes.
• Full Prep and Painting of the seats, flooring, decking, rails and concrete steps
• Successful contractor will provide all scaffolding and must hold appropriate working at heights qualifications and be inducted onsite, complying with all Council Policies, including the Drug and Alcohol Policy

Works are to commence as soon as possible and must be completed by June 5, 2020

It is a requirement for Tenderers to satisfy themselves as to the full scope and extent of works necessary to complete the contract in full.

In accordance with Sections 228(8) and 229 (9) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council is not obliged to accept the lowest price or any Tender. If Council does accept a Tender, it will be the one most advantageous to Council.
