Tender Description
McKinlay Shire Council (‘Council’) invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for selection as a pre-qualified supplier of goods and services.
THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE PANEL. Tenders have the opportunity to join the existing panel that commenced on 1 December 2025 and ends on 30 November 2027.
If you are currently on the panel, then you do not need to reapply.
Council intends for the appointment as a pre-qualified supplier to commence on 1.12.2025 and end on 30.11.2027 (‘Term’). The Principal may extend the Term, at its discretion, for a further 12 months by giving written notice to successful Tenderers. The Principal may also, during the Term, conduct a further procurement process to appoint other suppliers.
Scope:
The Scope for this Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers is the range of activities relevant to the category of Goods and/or Services that the Tenderer has nominated to supply at Schedule D3 to the Tender Form included with the Response Schedules. Council will provide specific requirements for a particular engagement at the time of that engagement.
