Tender Description
Blue Mountains City Council is seeking Expression of Interests from suitably qualified/experienced Blue Mountains Event Organisers to organise and deliver a series of activation events in town centres, over a 12 month period, commencing with an event on 21 March, 2020.
These activations will include, are not be limited to, music oriented events similar to the ‘Katoomba Live and Local’ which ran in April 2017. These are envisaged to be on a small scale with a local feel aimed at bringing social and economic benefits to the creative industries, local small business, and tourism operators.
Budget scope: approximately $30,000 - $40, 000 (to cover a minimum of two activation events). There is a possibility that additional funds may become available.
