Provision of Internet and SIP Trunk Services

⁠⁠⁠Shire of Mundaring is seeking to contract a service provider to provide several NBN-based internet and SIP Trunk services through a single master agreement for a minimum of 3 years.

The Shire is seeking to implement a self-managed SD-WAN network to provide voice and data capabilities to multiple locations.

The objective of the contract is to provide the Shire of Mundaring with internet to all nominated sites and SIP Trunk services to the Administration and Operations centres.

The Shire has negotiated a contract with NBN Co under the Technology Choice Program to upgrade a number of sites from Fibre to the Node (FTTN) to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) and will be seeking specific speed and service classes delivered over NBN for those sites.
Nominated sites may change over the duration of the contract, where sites may be removed or new ones added. These changes are to be considered within the terms of the master agreement; it is not individual contracts per nominated site.
- Internet services are to use NBN fibre optic where specified; and
- It is preferred that any supplied network appliances be from tier 1 hardware vendors (Cisco, Juniper Networks, HPE).
