Tender Description
This work is for the maintenance services for the fire safety and protection systems installed within the Art Gallery of NSW’s site boundary for 4 premises, at The Domain, Collection Storage, Brett Whitely Studio, and Padstow Storage. It is anticipated that the new contract will commence in early April 2020.
It is intended that this contract will extend until the Sydney Modern project is be completed, with an intent to review the expanded scope when completed. Therefore, there is an option to extend the contract term by 1 + 1 years (maximum 5 years), depending on contractor performance.
