Tender Description
The Department of Human Services has undertaken an in-depth analysis and review of its workforce management practices including the use of the technology and other systems used to support the business. The review has identified a need to implement a new solution to DHS’ business practices more sustainable over the long term. As part of the review DHS is seeking information about potential Human Capital Management software/system solutions from the Information Technology industry. Potential solutions are also being considered from other industry sectors. Details of possible solutions include a fully integrated end-to-end workforce management system/solution, i.e. from rostering, to staff time and attendance, and right through to payment/payroll processing.
