Tender Description
The contract is intended to provide Council with a professional services partner to undertake a range of services on an as required basis. In broad terms this could be assistance for any works from design services through to secondment of staff. Council reserves the right to seek alternative professional services for specialist works or where agreement cannot be reached between Council and the Consultant under this contract on a particular project.
This contract involves the services required for the field Survey, Investigation, Design and Project Documentation (D&PD), Preparation of Contract Documentation, Management, Supervision and Quality Assurance (MSQA) principally for the Capital Transport Programme for a period of 5 years. However the Council may seek to engage the consultant on any projects should the Consultant have specialist expertise and resources.
