This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC seeks contractor services for a Senior Infrastructure Delivery Lead for 6 months / 132 Business Days with an option to extend for a further 6 months / 132 Business Days for the MoBR stabilisation project.
As a Senior Infrastructure Delivery Lead, they will be required to:
• Undertake the delivery of a variety of infrastructure related initiatives that are brought about largely due to lifecycle management. The initiatives can range from $100K to $1M. Typically there are approximately 20 projects on the go. You must be able to run hands on 5 - 7 initiatives.
• Perform delivery functions ensuring the successful implementation of system upgrades, new systems and infrastructure enhancements, to agreed budget, time and quality;
• Document and manage Change Management requirements in line with standard IT Change Management procedures;
• Report on overall status of the entire IT infrastructure portfolio of initiatives across the IT Operations group. You should be comfortable in setting up tools and processes in order to capture the relevant information to provide a consolidated view.
• Consult with the Senior IT Operations Manager, the IT Operations line managers, Design and Architecture and the broader engineering team to prioritise, shape and implement the infrastructure initiatives using Agile and waterfall practices for prioritization around business value
• Working with the engineering teams to ensure smooth releases into production
• Escalating and providing a view of issues and risks as they relate to the delivery of the infrastructure initiatives
• Prepare reports and updates on the infrastructure initiatives for senior stakeholders
• Coach team members on delivery of Infrastructure initiatives
• Update technical documentation, reports and records regarding infrastructure solutions
• Mentor, document and hand over systems to the Infrastructure Operations team for ongoing BAU support;
• Display strong leadership skills in managing your team's performance to deliver on ASIC's strategic priorities and team business plan.
