This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC is involved in a large inter-agency program that will modernise and transfer ASIC’s registry functions.
This multi-year program will include significant technology and service transformation, legislation and policy reform, and organisational change.
The Modernisation of Business Registers (MoBR) is a government initiative aiming to combine 31 ASIC business registers with the Australian Business Register (ABR) on a contemporary technology platform administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). The MoBR program will also implement a Director Identification Number.
ASIC is seeking to engage a Supplier to provide program management and PMO services for this significant and highly visible program.
