Services for Bus Shelter Cleaning

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Bus Shelter Cleaning. The scope of the tender includes the thorough monthly cleaning of Council owned bus shelters and reactive cleaning of bus shelters, street furniture and infrastructure. The scope of the Services is generally outlined in clause D2. The full extent of the scope of Services can only be determined by referring to the entire contents of the Contract.
During the term of the Contract Council may incorporate an approximate up to one hundred (100) additional bus shelters presently maintained under a different arrangement. The Contractor is to ensure adequate resources are available to accommodate the increase service requirements.
The Contract term will be 3 years, with two possible extensions of one year each at Council's option.
The expected start date is early May 2020
