Invitation to Supply 26 Replacement Properties in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands

⁠⁠⁠The South Australian Housing Authority (the Authority), on behalf of the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) is responsible for upgrading and overseeing the provision of capital and maintenance services to community housing located across various Aboriginal communities in the APY Lands. The main communities on the Lands include Iwantja (Indulkana), Mimili, Kaltjiti, Pukatja, Amata, Pipalyatjara and Watarru.

The South Australian Housing Authority is seeking to engage one Aboriginal Business Enterprise (ABE) or a company that has formed a consortium with an ABE to deliver works on the APY Lands over a five (5) year period.

This tender covers only the capital program for the demolition and replacement of 26 properties in the remote APY Lands.

The procurement objectives are to engage one contractor that can demonstrate:

• Aboriginal business participation;
• Improved opportunities for indigenous employment outcomes;
• Value for money; and
• Adherence to construction milestone requirements.
