Woodville Gardens House and Land Packages

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The South Australian Housing Trust is seeking to select a qualified and capable residential builder to partner with the Trust to deliver 11 house and land packages within the Woodville Gardens Urban Renewal Project.

Purpose

The expected outcome of this procurement is the selection of a builder who will enter into a Deed of Agreement with the Trust and deliver dwellings that comply with the Trust's House and Land Design Brief Specification.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Delivery of 11 house and land packages within the Woodville Gardens Urban Renewal Project
• Construction of dwellings under a separate building contract entered into directly between the purchaser and the builder, operating alongside a standalone land sale contract between the Trust and the purchaser

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Base term of 18 months
• Two extension options of 12 months each, available at the Trust's discretion (18+12+12)
