Overview
City of Marion is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced developers for the potential redevelopment of 2–8 Ash Avenue, Tonsley, an approximate 3280m² Council-owned site.
Objectives
This opportunity seeks innovative, high-density residential proposals that respond to Council's objectives for housing affordability, housing diversity and sustainable urban growth. Further detail is set out in Part B, the Project Brief.
