Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of work under the proposed contract includes:

  • Development a business case to provide a digital capability for Council Residents to access various services provided by Council.
  • The advisory to include development of Plan for delivery of the solution which includes but not limited to:
  • Design, Implementation, Testing, Training, Support
  • Delivery timelines
  • Effort required
  • Recommendation of a solution in regards to technology and applications maximising use of commercial off the shelf solution (COTS) and cloud solution options.
  • Identifying a suitable supplier to deliver the recommended solution.
  • Evaluate total cost of ownership of the proposed solution over the next 3 years.
