Tender Description
The scope of work under the proposed contract includes:
- Development a business case to provide a digital capability for Council Residents to access various services provided by Council.
- The advisory to include development of Plan for delivery of the solution which includes but not limited to:
- Design, Implementation, Testing, Training, Support
- Delivery timelines
- Effort required
- Recommendation of a solution in regards to technology and applications maximising use of commercial off the shelf solution (COTS) and cloud solution options.
- Identifying a suitable supplier to deliver the recommended solution.
- Evaluate total cost of ownership of the proposed solution over the next 3 years.
