Tender Description
To assist the delivery of this contract, Council intends to form one (1) Panel with two categories
Category A: Reactive Maintenance Panel
Category B; Programmed Maintenance
Tenderers can submit for one category of both.
To provide services in accordance with the requirements of this Specification. The purpose of these Panels is to provide flexibility and reactivity in on-going building maintenance work in public buildings throughout the Municipal District.
Contractors will have the option to apply for either Reactive Maintenance Panel or Programmed Maintenance panel or both.
