Category A: Provision Of Painting Services
Council is seeking to appoint up to three (3) Contractors to the Programmed Maintenance Panel for an Initial Contract Term of Two (2) years. Council may, at its option, extend the operation of this Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for two (2) years. Following this term Council may at its option, extend the operation of this Contract by a further Two (2) years to a maximum Contract Term of Six (6) years from the Commencement Date.
Category B; Provision of Graffiti Removal services
Council is seeking to appoint Six (6) Contractors to the Reactive Maintenance Panel for an Initial Contract Term of Two (2) year Council may, at its option, extend the operation of this Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for two (2) years. Following this term Council may at its option, extend the operation of this Contract by a further Two (2) years to a maximum Contract Term of Six (6) years from the Commencement Date.
