PDMS is a single hosted IT solution to manage all parliamentary related records across Federal government. PDMS is used by approximately 60 agencies and has over 29,000 active users. PDMS is designed to manage:

• Ministerial Submissions
• Ministerial Briefs
• Executive Communication
• Communication and Media
• Parliamentary Questions on Notice
• Senate Estimates Questions on Notice
• Senate Estimates Briefs
• Question Time Briefs
• Agency Contributions

Major enhancements have recently been implemented to the PDMS user interface and we require a friendly and self-motivated RoboHelp expert to plan and execute the restructure of our PDMS online help to align with these enhancements. You will be responsible for making major content changes and interact well with others in the team to gain an understanding of the system and interpret technical information into a clear and easy to understand business language. You will also have knowledge and experience with the use of the latest skins and features of RoboHelp to create a look and feel that enhances the PDMS end user experience.

The initial term of the contract is proposed to go through to 28 August 2020.
