Grounds Maintenance and Arborist Services - Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement

⁠⁠⁠East Gippsland Water (EGW) services an area of 21,000 square kilometres in the Far East of Victoria as part of our program of works and maintenance, tenders are invited for the following:

Provision of Grounds Maintenance Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement Contract EGW008/1920

This tender is seeking suitably competent and equipped Contractors who are interested in providing vegetation management services (e.g. mowing, slashing, brush cutting, spraying, garden maintenance/shrub removal and specialist arboriculture services/qualified arborists) across various EGW sites.

EGW is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) in order to establish a Pre-Qualified Suppliers Arrangement (PQSA). The purpose of this PQSA is to form a panel of suppliers with the ability to readily supply the nominated services without calling individual quotations for each occasion of supply. This panel will be formed and operated within the guidelines of EGW's Procurement Policy.

Due to the nature of some of the sites there will be Briefing Sessions held to discuss the special requirements relevant to these sites (i.e. Steep slopes etc.) Refer to Part B Conditions of Tender Section 7 for full details and registration requirements.

Tenderers can request an individual clarification session by contacting the Procurement Specialist as nominated in the tender documents. These sessions are to address the documentation and tender process only and are separate to the site briefing sessions discussed above.

All tenders must be received in full before 2pm (AEDST) on Thursday 12 March 2020. Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
