EOI - Provision and implementation of Building and Planning application approval system, and Dogs/Cats System.
The City is looking for Expressions of Interest to improve how the City's customers interact with the City of Kalamunda relating to applications, specifically Planning, Building, Dog Registration, and Cat Registration applications.
To streamline the process, allow for full electronic submission, automatic capture of the submissions, payment through a payment gateway (BPOINT currently), automated sharing of progress sharing through an online portal, full configurable workflow and templates attached to those workflows.
