Tender Description
The Shire of Katanning is inviting tenders for the Design and Construction of the alterations and additions proposed at the Katanning Country Club.
Works proposed include:
- Removal of, and replacement of, main clubhouse roof (zincalume);
- Installation of protective gutter covers on new gutters;
- Demolition of existing ablutions;
- Construction of new ablution block;
- Construction of new office area;
- Removal of old concrete veranda floor and replace with new concrete;
- Construction of new outdoor BBQ/entertaining area;
- Construction of new entrance foyer;
- Installation of new ceiling and lights in main clubroom;
- Stormwater drain to be relocated and re-routed as required (currently adjacent to existing tennis clubrooms);
- Demolition of old tennis rooms and construction of new tennis rooms including outdoor decking and improvements to wheelchair accessibility.
