Mental Health Stepped Care – Outer East

⁠⁠⁠Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) invites Tender Responses for the provision of the Mental Health Stepped Care Model, for all ages, in the Outer East of the EMPHN catchment, covering the Local Government Areas of Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender (RFT).

The Mental Health Stepped Care Model requires service providers to be integrated and connected with internal and external stakeholders/services. On this basis, EMPHN is seeking to engage with one or more organisations to deliver the service and therefore should not be limited in approach by LGAs as they must be able to effectively straddle equity of access and equitable distribution of resources. EMPHN is seeking a shift in a response for clients of all ages along a continuum of acuity. This will, by default, call for a shift in the design of services and how practices and new modalities are delivered.

EMPHN is seeking a service provider/s to deliver a whole-of-service model for Mental Health Stepped Care. The successful service provider/s will be contracted to commence service delivery from 4 May 2020. This commencement date will take into consideration service establishment with the services to be delivered from 4 May 2020 through to 30 June 2022.

This RFT will require tenderers to lodge their responses in two parts:

(i) The first is the pre-qualification component of the Tender Response

(ii) The second is the remaining component of the Tender Response
