Tender ID: 411567
Tender Details
Tender Description
Tenders are invited from appropriately credentialed consultancies or consortiums to develop Content Management Systems to enable the next versions of Victoria’s 10 Regional Catchment Strategies (RCSs) to be produced as websites.
The RCSs are regional-scale plans for natural resource management produced by Victoria’s Catchment Management Authorities (CMAs) in consultation with a range of state-wide and regional agencies, councils and communities. An RCS is produced for each of the 10 catchment management regions covering Victoria.
The next editions of the RCSs are scheduled for completion by mid-2021. Guidelines for the next RCSs have recently been finalised by the Victorian Catchment Management Council (VCMC) - see Attachment. The guidelines encourage that the next RCSs all be produced as websites with strong consistency in their format and presentation.
In response, a consultant or consortium will be engaged to:
- Develop a model CMS and website that can be tested by each of the CMAs – by end April 2020
- Refine the model CMS and website in line with feedback from the CMAs – by end June 2020
- Use the model to develop a final CMS and website tailored for each CMA (10 in total) – by end July 2020.
The Port Phillip & Westernport CMA will engage the consultant on behalf of Victoria’s 10 CMAs.
