Tender Description
Scope of Work
Supply (including procurement, fabrication, transportation to and within site), Installation, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of a Raw Water Pump Station in a brownfields site and handover of all new works. Some components may be Company Supplied, depending on lead times.
Including but not limited to:
- 6 no. raw water pumps with 450kW motors, vacuum priming, piping and valves up to DN600 to achieve 5,800 m3/hr;
- 6 no. 415V VSDs and associated LV works;
- 2 no. MVA transformers, Switchgear, and MCC including housing and cabling, and associated HV connection works;
- Excavation and construction of below ground 2.4ML storage tank and connecting launder;
- Structure to house pumps and VSDs, including overhead gantry crane with WLL of 6.3t;
- All tie ins to existing pipework and Thickener;
- Drill shot under existing building for electrical supply;
- Removal of existing DN600 asbestos pipe;
- Re-location of existing infrastructure, including lube shed;
- Civil works including earthworks, pavements, drainage, (including temporary drainage diversion and Pipe / culvert installation in existing drain);
- Integration to site SCADA system;
- Installation and commissioning on site; and
- Post commissioning training and troubleshooting with site team.
