Tender Description
Icon Water currently has customer billing and account management services delivered by its incumbent service provider. Further information regarding the current arrangements and our planning for meeting our ongoing service requirements can be found on our website .
As part of the current project, Icon Water is considering alternative service delivery of these services and is seeking to understand market capability, options and indicative pricing.
The billing services that Icon Water requires will include:
- Customer billing;
- Customer account management;
- Customer contact centre;
- Cash collection
- Accounts receivable and credit management;
- Hardship; and
- Customer and property master data management
