Tender Description
Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified contractors interested in carrying out major earthworks to create a final landform for park development in Hornsby Park.
The earthworks require cut and filling of up to approximately 300,000 cubic metres of rock and spoil. The works include some major retaining structures and stormwater drainage construction. The project also includes the removal of vegetation and the on site manufacturing and placement of soils from site won materials. As part of the EOI evaluation, the applicants must demonstrate appropriate capability to complete the works with regard to; demonstrated experience carrying out major earthworks on very steep sites company finances, potential sub-contractors to be used, quality assurance methods, WHS framework and sustainability policies.
