General Specifications
Goulburn Valley Water (‘The Principal’) is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to provide cleaning services at:
Alexandra – Office & Training Room
Location Address: 4989 Maroondah Highway Alexandra
Mansfield – Office & Lab Room Wastewater Management Facility (WMF)
Location Address: 117 Withers Lane Mansfield
This Contract seeks to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake these works for a period from the date of award until 30 June 2023, with an option to extend the Contract by a further two (2) years (in two (2 no.) twelve month extensions).
The Principal’s nominated Superintendent for this Contract shall be the General Manager Commercial. Day to day works will be supervised by the Minor Contracts / Fleet Officer.
It is expected that the Contractor shall have sufficient resources, with appropriately experienced and qualified staff, to complete the works as detailed in the Specification.
