Tender Description
Yarra City Council is seeking an experienced consultant to review the current operation and administrative functions of the service and develop a report that recommends future directions for the area. Several factors are impacting on this service area and are the drivers for a review of the program. These are:
- Reducted demand for both delivered and centre based meals;
- Capacity to maintain daily operations due to small team;
- Criticality of key tasks needed to be performed;
- Limited capacity with the team to take on different responsibilities; and
- Additional administrative tasks resulting from My Aged Care requirements.
