Expressions of Interest are invited and will be received up to 2pm Thursday 13th February 2020 fo the opportunity to provide the development of a utility-scale solar farm at Dingo Lane, Myocum.
The EOI being sought consists of a design & construct and the operation & maintenance of a utility-scale PV facility, scaled up to 5MWac.
The Expression of Interest process will include a Contractor Involvement (CI) phase with successful, short-listed tenderers. The CI phase is designed to examine and critique the specification documents that will be utilised in the pricing stage of the project. Shortlisted tenderers must participate in the CI phase and are expected to develop plans and documentation to support the project. Shortlisted tenderers that participate in the CI phase will be compensated up to $10,000 in recognition of the resource requirement to support the project.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, 28 January 2020, at 1 Dingo Lane NSW.
