Tender Description
The Advanced Training Committee (ATC) in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine (NPM) seeks a Tasmania representative.
There is 1x position open for a NPM Fellow who resides in Tasmania.
Key responsibilities of the Committee:
- assessment of Advanced Training in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine (NPM)
- monitoring and assessing individual trainee progress in NPM
- monitoring and supporting supervisors in NPM
- assessing Recognition of Prior Learning Applications
- reviewing Advanced Training settings in NPM
- development and reviewing NPM training program requirements
- reviewing the Advanced Training Curriculum in NPM when required
- advise on matters relating to Overseas Trained Physicians
- advise on specialty specific CPD and other educational resources
Members are appointed to the Committee for a term of 2 years with the option to renew for a further 2 terms.
Members are required to attend 2 face-to-face meetings in Sydney and up to 4 teleconferences per year.
