Business Engagement, Readiness and Benefits Realisation - Canberra

⁠⁠⁠Location: NDIA Office, Reed Street, Tuggeranong

The Business Engagement, Readiness and Benefits Realisation, reporting to the Branch Manager – ICT Strategic Projects, is accountable for managing delivery of Minor Enhancement to the SAP CRM; engaging with business areas to ensure operational readiness for all system changes; and system testing to ensure development meet business requirements.

The Director of Business Engagement, Readiness and Benefits Realisation will be responsible for:

• Engaging the Business to determine enhancements to core systems to increase the effectiveness of day-to-day operations
• Working with DHS to Design and Build minor enhancements to core systems
• Establishing a network of impacted business stakeholders to track Operational Readiness activities in preparation for deployment of system changes
• Developing Test Cases against Business Requirements/User Stories to test the solution in the System Integration Test (SIT) Phase
• Assist the business in developing User Acceptance Test Scenarios to be undertaken in UATConduct quarterly reviews of System Changes delivered to the business to determine Benefits Realisation.

These responsibilities are carried out by a core team of:

• Business Analysts and Project Managers working in the Minor Enhancements Stream
• Organisational Change Managers working directly with the business on Operational Readiness
• Test Team whose primary focus is to test the solutions provided to ensure they align with business requirements and meet business expectations
