Wollondilly Shire Council (Council) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to lead the preparation of the Rural Lands Strategy for the Wollondilly Local Government Area (LGA), as part of Councils review of the Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Wollondilly LEP 2011) to compile with the State governments recent planning reforms.
