The purpose of this RFI is to assess and further understand the potential market and the capability of responders to meet the departments requirements.
The department seeks to identify whether any existing off the shelf solution(s) can meet the department’s specific business requirements in the provision of a system(s) covering and incorporating Asset Management, Project Management, Contract Management, Reporting and Document Management integrating with existing department solutions.
Specifically, in relation to the managing approximately 80,000 properties of various types from vacant land, single dwellings to High-rise blocks and involves planning; program formulation and delivery of the acquisition; disposals; redevelopments; upgrade; and, maintenance programs for the Director of Housing.
