This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Finance is delivering the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) services to whole of government. PDMS is mandated for Commonwealth agencies by a government decision. PDMS is designed to manage:
a. Ministerial Correspondence
b. Ministerial Submissions
c. Ministerial Briefs
d. Executive Communication
e. Communication and Media
f. Parliamentary Questions on Notice
g. Senate Estimates Questions on Notice
h. Senate Estimates Briefs
i. Question Time Briefs
j. Agency Contributions
The PDMS team is seeking talented Business Analyst to support the delivery of an exciting work program of ongoing system enhancements and new functionality to meet user needs across government. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
• Working on complex IT systems:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Experience in workshop facilitation
o Experience in reporting
o Experience in business modelling
o Experience in working in an Agile environment
• Working with stakeholders across government to define and document operational concepts and business system needs:
o Effectively articulate business requirements
o Effectively prioritise and allocate tasks
o Support discussions on business improvements
o Successfully gather requirements and get results with minimal supervision
o Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
o Strong stakeholder management skills
o Raise defects / issues and log and track faults using standard tool, e.g. MTM.
The contract is proposed to go through to 18 December 2020.
