Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for future use of approximately 0.8ha of land located at the corner of Maddisons Lane and Damms Road, Month Beauty for a three year period.

The parcel of land is prominently located adjacent to the Mount Beauty Transfer Station and fronted by Maddisons Lane, Damms Road and has a boundary on one side with privately held farming zone land. The land is currently unoccupied.

EOIs should detail the proposed use of the land, preferred lease terms and any further requirements of Council.
