Tender Description
This Request for Proposal process invites Proposals to administer $35.86 million (including GST) in funding and deliver the early childhood scholarships and incentives program (the program) from 2019-20 to 2022-23. The funding allocated to program administration is set at $3.62 million and varies from 15 per cent to nine per cent of total funding over the years of program delivery, as outlined below. The $32.24 million balance of program funding is to be held in trust for the specific purpose of providing scholarship and incentive payments to eligible recipients.
