Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The ABC has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information from the market on solutions for an Incident, Hazard and Claims management system. The ABC is seeking a fully-managed, cloud-hosted Solution.

Objective: To implement a fully managed, cloud-hosted Incident, Hazard and Claims management system integrated into several existing ABC systems.
The system should provide the ability to:

manage risk, insurance, WHS and physical security inspections, observations, reporting and management
easily configure workflows
integrate with existing ABC systems to automate processes
allow off site users to access and reporting using mobile tools.
