Tender Description
The Australian Taxation Office is seeking to enter into arrangements for the provision of the Fixed Voice Services under the Managed Network Services program.
Fixed Voice Services includes SIP trunk services, PSTN services, inbound and outbound voice services as well as the supply and management of telephone number ranges.
Other modules being procured through separate arrangements include: Data carriage and internet, Network Management, Unified Communications, Contact Centre Services, and Mobile services. These services are out of scope for this RFT.
