This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This is classified as an Advisory Services Approach to Market (ATM)
The Shared Services Taskforce (Taskforce) requires a range of personnel to act as technical leaders and for other highly specialist roles (Technical Services) to deliver a Non-production GovERP version and a Production ready GovERP solution. Lead & specialist roles will design work packages to be delivered in the coming months.
The services are required for the following activities:
a. Installation of the base software, SAP S/4HANA v 1909 (S/4HANA),
b. Configuration of the GovERP solution;
c. Installation and configuration of at least one value-add product (Edge Product); and
d. other additional services as required to meet the SST’s future needs.
The contract is proposed to go through to 30 June 2020 for the initial term, with two contract extension periods of six months each.
Role Description
ERP Build Lead
The Build Lead will manage a number of work streams to configure and develop the SAP S/4HANA core ERP system using SAP’s Activate methodology
Essential Criteria:
10+ years of experience leading teams of ICT staff in development of major systems for government. Implementation and support experience with Federal Government SAP ERP solutions covering the following:
• Successful performance at development director, project delivery director or above;
• SAP ERP development management and/or support experience;
• Excellent and broad understanding of the SAP modules; Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll;
• Excellent understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and related tools;
• Can demonstrate a solid understanding of and has experience in managing teams in the
development of UI and reporting platforms; and
• Awareness of technical integration, Identity Management, GRC and cybersecurity principles.

Strong leadership and communications skills, evidenced by following:
• Demonstrates motivational leadership skills providing vision and direction;
• A team player that values and takes account of the contribution of team members;
• Demonstrates advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage
stakeholder relationships at team member to senior SES levels;
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and manage several concurrent tasks; and
• Experience in leading teams to successful outcomes in Agile development environments.
