Tender Description
This is a design and construction Contract to provide the community with four high quality amenities blocks to support the needs of the Central Coast Communities located at:
- 1. Wolseley Ave (south end), Tacoma (north Don Small Oval)
- 2. Corner Althorpe & Victoria St, East Gosford
- 3. Benvie Reserve, north west end of Marine Parade, McMasters Beach
- 4. Wamberal Surf Life Saving Club Carpark
Mandatory Pre Tender Meeting will be held at the East Gosford amenity block, Corner of Althorpe and Victoria St, East Gosford commencing at 10:00am on the
10 December or alternatively at 10:00am on the 14 January.
Tenderers are only required to attend one mandatory pre-tender meeting.
