The University of Adelaide invites you to participate in a Request for Proposal to provide Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) Platform Foundation Consultancy Services for Feasibility Activities, in accordance with the rules and requirements set out in this Request for Proposal.

ABOUT THE TENDER
The University seeks Proposals from suppliers for the supply of consultancy services to drive and support the feasibility activities, from which the proposal deemed most suitable will be selected.
The scope of the Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) Platform Foundation consultancy services feasibility activities include (but not limited to:

• Verification of functionality and high-level requirements (which have already been captured).
• Generation of Use Cases based on the high-level requirements.
• Short listing of an ERM product/platform, from a list of potential products.
• Identification of supporting components of the Digital Enablement Roadmap that can be implemented using the ERM platform or migrated to it.
• Discovery of data sources to form the Single View of Student and key relationships between data elements for a whole of university data model.
• Development of RFP content for engaging a System Integrator (SI) to implement an ERM product/platform, with preferred products, which will cover end to end project financials and on-going operational support costs.
• Determine SI RFP response framework and evaluation model.
• Work with Procurement to ensure UofA procurement processes are followed
• Provide assistance with the review of SI RFP responses
• Support the generation of Business Case for Exec endorsement.
